Surface-Appropriate Pressure
Soft washing uses cleaning solution and low pressure to do the work chemically instead of mechanically. Siding, stucco and roofs get soft washed. Concrete and pavers get controlled pressure. Nothing gets more force than it can safely take.

1-Year Standard Limited Warranty
Completed work carries a 1-year standard limited warranty. If treated organic growth returns within the covered period on a covered surface, we come back. Coverage, exclusions and covered surfaces are defined in your written terms.
2-Year Premium Limited Warranty
Qualifying projects are eligible for a 2-year premium limited warranty. Eligibility depends on the surface, its condition and the scope performed, and coverage is subject to written terms. Ask whether your project qualifies before scheduling.
Your Written Estimate Controls
Prices listed on this site are starting rates subject to restrictions and minimums. Actual pricing depends on measurement, access, material, height and surface condition. The final written estimate always controls the price and the scope of work.
Deposits & Commercial Billing
NET-30 terms are available to commercial clients when established by agreement. Some residential and commercial projects may require a 30% deposit to schedule. We confirm which applies to you in writing before any work is booked.
Customer Preparation & Outdoor Items
Before service, the customer must remove or securely protect furniture, rugs, grills, electronics, decorations, planters and other valuable or fragile items from patios, decks, balconies and all work areas. EP-PowerWash is not responsible for damage to, water exposure of or cleaning-solution contact with items left in the work area.
Pre-Existing Conditions & Drainage
The customer is responsible for disclosing loose, damaged or failed windows, doors, screens, gaskets, seals, caulking, weatherstripping, coatings and sealers. We are not responsible for water intrusion, lifting or damage caused by those pre-existing conditions. Drains and pipes must be clear and working before service; drain or pipe unclogging is not included unless specifically listed in the written estimate.
Warning: Rooftop Balcony Waiver
Rooftop townhouse balcony service may require our crew, hoses and equipment to pass through the interior of the home. By booking, authorizing or accepting this service, the customer confirms acceptance of the rooftop-balcony waiver and assumes responsibility for protecting the access route and all interior surfaces. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EP-PowerWash & Consulting LLC, its owner, employees and subcontractors are not responsible for water, cleaning-solution or chemical contact with carpet, wood flooring, walls, stairs, trim, furniture or other interior finishes or belongings during access to or from the balcony.
